Description
The beautiful apartment in Puertito de Güímar is located in residential San Borondon on Avenida Olof Palme. The communal swimming pool is spacious and this apartment is less than 50 meters from the sea. The harbour village of Güímar is a quiet fishing village, where unwinding happens automatically. There is a supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants, almost all with sea views. The apartment has a bedroom with double box spring bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a living room with open kitchen and bar. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi. The biggest plus of this apartment is the roof terrace of 50 m2. We have constructed an outdoor kitchen on it and there is a Weber barbecue at your disposal.
Bedroom
The box spring bed is 160 x 200 cm and has an excellent mattress. Plenty of cupboard space in order to make it feel like home and also here the beach basket with two large towels is ready. A small balcony is connected to the bedroom, perfect for the first coffee of the day.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. There are towels available as well as shampoo and shower gel, so you do not have to bring any from home.
Living room & kitchen
The couch in the living room is the perfect place to relax. On the wall is a large smart TV, where you can find various international channels. It is therefore an option to log in on Netflix in the evening to watch your favourite series. The living room connects to the open kitchen with bar. On this bar you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. Good coffee is essential on a holiday like this. The kitchen has all amenities, for you to be able to do the cooking (in case you want to).
Roof terrace
The roof terrace is our favourite spot of the house. There is a complete outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large sink. In addition, a double lounger with parasol where you can enjoy both the sun during the day (it is located on the South West) and the stars in the evening. If you would like to do some laundry, that’s possible too …, the washing machine is there anyway.
