Description
The attractive new apartment in Las Caletillas is located less than 50 meters from the sea. It provides an ideal base for exploring the island or for enjoying Candelaria itself. Candelaria offers something for everyone. The village centre is cosy and the basilica beautiful. The beach with its boulevard is a perfect place for bon vivants, but certainly also for the active holidaymaker. Within walking distance there are plenty of options for delicious food. The apartment has one bedroom with double box spring bed, a bathroom with shower and bath and a living room with open kitchen. The complex has a nice swimming pool, where you can take a daily dive from 11 o’clock.
Furthermore, the apartment has WiFi and is located on the second floor without an elevator.
Bedroom
The box spring bed is 160 x 200 cm wide and has an excellent mattress. We strongly believe that good sleep well, just like good coffee, is a prerequisite for a successful holiday. There is little better than falling asleep with the sound of the waves in the background. Furthermore, you will find plenty of closet space in the bedroom, with both shelves and a hanging area. On the inside of the door we have put a beach basket with two large beach towels, for you to take with you to the beach.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet. There are enough towels available and shampoo and shower gel are also at your disposal.
Living room & kitchen
The living room has a soft two-seater sofa to recover on from all experiences. Furthermore, we have a TV hung in the living room where local channels can be found. The living room connects to the open kitchen with bar. On this bar you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, nothing as tasty as a fresh cappuccino in the morning. The kitchen has a large inventory, enough to cook yourself (in case you might want to).
Balcony
Adjacent to the living room there is a small but nice balcony. It offers a beautiful view of the sea. The perfect place to start the day with coffee or to end the day by taking a nightcap.
